Year 5 and 6 visited the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths) Fair at County Hall last week. The children had an exciting opportunity to try out different STEAM activities and it definitely sparked a curiosity about careers they might wish to follow in the future. The teacher’s learnt lots too as they attended the Teach Meet after school and gained further insight into local opportunities to further enrich the school curriculum in these areas.
“It was really fun and it gave me ideas about what I could do in the future, “ Nastazja.
“Everyone got a chance to try something new,” Bailey.
“I was surprised by how many different activities were in one place,” Harry.
