Wednesday 1st April

Maths

  • Apologies if your tables have been mixed up in TTR. For some reason it moved everybody back to 'automatic training'. This has now been changed and everyone is set up on the 6x table.
  • You will need to complete 4 sessions a day (12 by Friday) in the garage. We have used a new tool to set this up, so it should allow you to keep track of the times you have played in the garage, and stop you moving onto other games until you have completed the set amount.
  • Challenge: try to get your speed under 2 seconds!
  • Y6s to spend 15 minutes on Doodle Maths x-a-day. Remember that the 'New This Week' focuses on one area of the maths curriculum, and explores this at a greater depth. Complete this if you prompted to.

Reading

  • Complete 3 Read Theory quizzes at 70% or more. If you get below 70%, complete another.

English

  • Practise 5 spellings from the overview sheet. Ask somebody in your house to test you.
  • Y5s to complete task on 'Basic Relative Clauses and Trickier Relative Clauses'. Remember to mark afterwards.
  • Y6s to finish off your work on synonyms and antonyms, then complete the pages on pronouns, clauses and phrases. Remember to mark afterwards.
