EYFS Mother’s Day Celebration
On Friday 8th March the children in EYFS welcomed their 'mother figures' to a short service reflecting on Mary - a mother to us all - and celebrating the gift of love that our families share each and every day. It was a wonderful afternoon where the important women in the children's lives could take some quality time out of their day to reflect on the wonderful work they are doing to raise the leaders of the future. We enjoyed a drink and biscuit together and made bird feeders to take home so that the birds in our neighbourhood could be taken care of and living out our role of stewardship. Thank you again to all the adults who could join us - the hall was packed and the children were delighted that you were with us.
