Year 5 Faith Camp—Friday 11th June 2021
Year 5’s Faith Camp was held last week in glorious sunshine. Alongside our Outdoor Mass (a first!) we used the outdoors all day to do fire cooking, problem solving, den building and art activities. We had a lovely day. Thank you to The Friends for delicious lunchtime hot dogs!
Answer Sessions with Sir Chris Hoy
Years 3 and 4 attended a question and answer session on teams with Sir Chris Hoy on Friday 23rd April 2021. He is a true inspiration! We learnt a lot about bikes, his books and getting to meet The Queen.

The children in classes 1 and 2 took part in CAFOD's Walk for Water Lent Appeal and raised a very impressive £73.92 to help end water poverty.
Last week Foundation Stage were learning about the importance of clean water for all. As part of our learning, the children produced posters to display in their windows at home and we also held a 'water race' to show the children how far some people have to travel to find safe drinking water and the quantity of water which many then have to carry back to their homes.
Well done and thank you!
